Connected calendar help
- Users connect Google or Microsoft from workspace Settings.
- Refresh tokens are rotated and sync jobs run in the background.
- If a provider revokes access, the connection is marked for reauthentication and the user must reconnect.
- Webhook deliveries are acknowledged server-side and routed into tenant-scoped sync jobs.
